Job summary

2GO Group is seeking an experienced Logistics Systems Specialist to bridge Operations, IT and Commercial teams. You will lead systems analysis, network configuration, and master data governance to strengthen operational stability and improve customer experience.

You’ll drive UAT, production readiness, and change management while coordinating with external providers to deliver scalable solutions across express and e-commerce logistics flows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (Industrial Engineering, IT, Logistics) or equivalent.
• Minimum 5–7 years in Logistics Operations or related system roles.
• Experience with Express and E-Commerce logistics operations and multi-echelon networks.

In this role, you'll bridge Operations, IT, Commercial, Customer Experience, and external system providers to ensure logistics systems are aligned with business needs. You'll lead systems analysis, network configuration, master data governance, production readiness, and continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen operational stability, enhance customer experience, and support business growth.

What You’ll Do

Systems Analysis & Solution Design

• Analyze operational processes and identify system gaps affecting service performance, operational efficiency, and customer onboarding.
• Translate business requirements into functional system configurations and solution designs.
• Validate system behavior against actual operational workflows and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with Operations, IT, Commercial, Customer Experience, and external technology partners to deliver scalable system solutions.
• Support solution design initiatives that improve routing, pickup, delivery, tracking visibility, and overall customer experience.

Logistics Network Configuration & Systems Administration

• Configure and maintain logistics network settings, including hubs, facilities, routing, service areas, pickup and delivery flows, retail and PUDO operations, and shipment milestone configurations.
• Ensure system configurations accurately reflect approved logistics network designs.
• Support customer onboarding, network expansion, and operational rollout activities.
• Maintain operational controls to ensure reliable and scalable logistics execution.

Master Data Governance

• Manage logistics master data including service areas, customer accounts, routing, facilities, shipment configurations, operational rules, and user access controls.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, completeness, and governance across all logistics platforms.
• Implement validation controls that minimize operational disruptions caused by incorrect configurations.
• Maintain strong governance standards for master data updates and system administration.

UAT, Production Readiness & Change Management

• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), pilot implementations, and production validation for system enhancements.
• Validate operational readiness before production deployment.
• Monitor post-implementation performance and provide hypercare support during rollout periods.
• Maintain documentation and governance for all production changes and system enhancements.

Operational Support & Incident Resolution

• Monitor and resolve system-related operational issues, including routing failures, booking exceptions, API integration issues, tracking visibility gaps, address validation failures, and customer onboarding concerns.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives that reduce recurring operational incidents and improve system stability.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external system providers to ensure timely issue resolution.

Audit, Compliance & Operational Controls

• Ensure logistics systems, configurations, and master data comply with governance policies, operational standards, and audit requirements.
• Conduct regular audits on routing integrity, configuration accuracy, shipment milestones, customer setup, and user access controls.
• Maintain audit documentation and system change records.
• Support internal and external audit activities related to logistics systems and operational controls.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

• Monitor system performance and operational KPIs, including routing accuracy, data quality, scan compliance, fallout volumes, customer onboarding readiness, system stability, and issue resolution turnaround.
• Analyze operational trends and provide recommendations to improve logistics performance and customer experience.
• Develop management reports and performance insights to support operational and strategic decision-making.

You're a good fit if you..

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Systems, or a related field.
• At least 5–7 years of experience in Logistics Operations, Systems Analysis, Logistics Systems Management, Master Data Management, Network Design, Systems Administration, or Operations Support.
• Strong understanding of Express and E-Commerce Logistics Operations, including First Mile, Middle Mile, Last Mile, Retail, and PUDO operations.
• Experience with Transportation Management Systems (TMS), Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Parcel Management Systems, Customer Portal Platforms, and API-integrated logistics environments.
• Strong knowledge of logistics network design, routing logic, master data governance, operational controls, and audit compliance.
• Proven experience leading UAT, production rollouts, system implementations, and production incident management.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, root cause analysis, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
