Job summary

2GO Group in Cotabato City is seeking a driven Logistics Assistant to help execute the daily production plan, prioritize tasks, monitor hourly progress and report results.

You will encode and update transactions, send billing attachments, coordinate with courier teams, and support documentation inquiries while maintaining attendance records and contributing to manpower analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Graduate of four-year course preferably Logistics Management.
• Any four-year business course acceptable.

What you’ll do

• Ensures execution of daily production plan by establishing priorities, monitoring hourly progress, revising schedules, and reporting results of the processing.
• Encodes and updates transactions immediately upon receipt of e-copy/pod form.
• Sends required billing attachment and pre alerts to branches.
• Provides on time feedbacks on documentation inquiries to both external and internal customers.
• Coordinates daily with the Courier Service Team, truckers and warehouse checkers on the completeness and accuracy of the documents received.
• Coordinates with shippers to resolve problematic transactions and retrieves pods/bls required by internal and external customers.
• Prepares RFA for the wrong encoding, wrong measurement and any approved changes of information of transactions as requested by clients if required.
• Prepare and maintain employee attendance records for analysis of manpower utilization as well as records of supplies consumption.

Professional Experience

• Newly Graduate or 1 yr experience in Logistics Industry
