Job summary

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree, strong MS Excel skills, and excellent English communication abilities. Fresh graduates are welcome, with on-site work in the Philippines.

• Liaise with vessel operators to clarify day-to-day vessel activities and gather operational insights.
• Process and manage operational data efficiently.
• Execute processes according to the company’s standard operating procedures.
• Respond promptly and accurately to stakeholder queries.
• Work with cross-functional teams to address data-related concerns or issues.
• Provide administrative support to the operations team.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
