Job summary

Cagayan State University in Cebu City is seeking an Operations Data Associate to monitor vessel reporting, ensure timely submissions, and coordinate with the technical team to resolve system-related issues.

You will communicate with ships, liaise with vessel operators to clarify day-to-day activities and collect operational insights, and process data while providing administrative support to the operations team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or College degree in any field.
• 1 year of relevant work experience preferred; fresh graduates welcome.
• Basic MS Excel skills: graphs, charts, pivot tables, data validation, simple formulas.
• Excellent oral and written English communication.
• Background in shipping/maritime operations is a plus but not required.

• Process and manage operational data efficiently.
• Execute processes according to the company’s standard operating procedures.
• Respond promptly and accurately to stakeholder queries.
• Work with cross-functional teams to address any data-related concerns or issues.
• Provide administrative support to the operations team.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

About You
