The role supports the Operations Manager and General Manager to align strategic objectives for our retail mall in Pasig, handling mall administration, safety, facilities management, and cost-efficiency programs. The position requires a BS degree and 3+ years in operations management within retail or property management, with strong MS Office and SAP/Oracle skills, plus excellent communication and leadership

Qualifications

• BS degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or any business/technical-related field.
• Minimum of three (3) years related experience in Operations Management within retail or property management industries.
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) and specialized software like SAP or Oracle.
• Above-average oral and written communication, negotiation, presentation, and leadership skills.
• Good understanding of business financials and operational interconnections.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily mall inspections to ensure compliance with operating systems.
• Maintain high property standards through checks and periodic preventive maintenance across areas.
• Support cost-saving initiatives and sustainability projects to reduce DOES.
• Assist in identifying and reporting health & safety risks; handle disputes with security personnel.

Job Title: Operations Associate Manager

Location: Pasig City, Metro Manila

Department: Mall Operations / Facilities Management

Reports To: Operations Manager / General Manager

Role Overview

Assists the Operations Manager or General Manager in communicating and aligning the strategic direction and objectives of the Operations Department for our retail mall assignment in Pasig City. Supports day-to-day mall administration, safety & security, facility management, and cost-efficiency programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Mall Operations & Quality Standards: Assist in daily mall inspections (opening, mid-shift, and closing) to ensure compliance by merchants, customers, and sub-units with operating systems. Maintain high property standards through checks and periodic preventive maintenance (cleanliness, lighting, AC levels, equipment) across parking, service areas, toilets, and common areas.

• Cost Savings & Sustainability: Support the implementation of cost-saving initiatives and sustainability projects to reduce Direct Operating Expenses (DOES).

• Health, Safety & Dispute Handling: Assist in identifying, documenting, and reporting health & safety risks affecting staff, merchants, contractors, and visitors. Handle dispute situations smoothly alongside security personnel without disrupting mall operations.

• Data Analysis & Reporting: Prepare daily operational inspection summaries, cost-savings tracking reports, risk reports, and KRA metrics for operations staff.

Qualifications
