Job Title: Operations Associate Manager

Location: Cebu City, Cebu

Department: Mall Operations / Facilities Management

Reports To: Operations Manager / General Manager

Role Overview

Supports operational leadership in Cebu City by managing daily mall administration, facility preventive maintenance, health and safety standards, and merchant compliance across retail property assets.

Key Responsibilities

• Daily Operational Oversight: Lead daily property walkthroughs (opening, mid-shift, closing) ensuring strict adherence to operating systems, facility standards (AC, lighting, common area hygiene), and security protocols.

• Cost Savings & Sustainability: Implement operational programs designed to minimize Direct Operating Expenses (DOES) and manage sustainability projects.

• Data Analysis & Problem Solving: Collect and document statistical operational data to analyze issues, identify root causes, and propose actionable policy improvements.

• Incident & Stakeholder Management: Maintain site health, safety, and security standards; manage customer/merchant conflict resolution; prepare daily operational and KRA tracking reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related business/technical field.

• At least three (3) years of proven operations management experience in retail malls or property management.

• Competent in ERP tools (SAP/Oracle) and MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).

• Strong communication, leadership, and dispute-resolution capabilities.

• Clear understanding of business financials and operational metrics.
