The Regional Operations Coordinator plays a vital role in maintaining service excellence and operational efficiency. This dynamic position oversees field staff presentation, equipment quality, localized marketing, and regional talent recruitment. The ideal candidate ensures high standards of cleaner training, manages logistical operations, and steps in directly when needed to ensure 100% client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Attendance Management: Coordinate all regional cleaners to ensure full attendance and punctual arrival at client sites.

• Logistics & Transport: Manage regional drivers and vehicles to ensure all cleaners have reliable transport to their locations.

• Booking & Payment Verification: Verify all regional bookings are fully paid before dispatching cleaners to prevent unpaid service delivery.

• Talent Acquisition. Conduct final interviews for candidates endorsed by HR to fulfill regional manpower needs.

• Employee Discipline. Implement company policies, handle grievance procedures, and manage the disciplinary process for cleaning staff.

• Professional Standards. Monitor and maintain high standards of professional grooming, uniforms, and conduct among all cleaners.

• Route Management. Supervise company drivers to ensure they adhere strictly to assigned schedules and optimized routes.

• Compliance Control. Monitor field activities to prevent unauthorized detours, personal side trips, or secondary side jobs during company hours.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership skills with experience handling employee relations and disciplinary actions.
