Job summary

Future Glow Philippines is seeking an Operations Assistant to support day-to-day supply chain functions—logistics, warehousing, inventory movements, sourcing, and SAP processing—working with the operations manager to keep operations running smoothly and to identify improvements. The candidate will coordinate with 3rd-party warehouses, trucking, product bundling, sourcing, fulfillment and related services.

• 1–2 years of experience in business, inventory or supply chain operations.
• Excellent coordination, communication and project management skills.
• Strong analytical skills and detail orientation.
• Proficient in Excel; SAP experience preferred but not required.
• Able to build good relationships with partners.

What will you do?

• Operational Excellence:Assiststhe operations manager to ensure day to day supply chain operations functions, such aslogistics, warehousing, inventory movements, sourcing,run smoothly without issues.
• Process Improvements:Identifiesand understands key operations processes.Continuously looks to improve KPIs and processes to achieve efficient operations.
• Manage 3rdpartyrelationships:builds andmaintainsgood working relationships with our local suppliers which include contacts from 3rdparty services like warehousing, trucking, product bundling, product sourcing, fulfillment, among others.
• Inventory management and sales processing:Coordinates with third parties such as 3rdparty warehouses,logisticsproviders, internal sales team, and retailers, to move inventory and process sales orders.
• Excel Proficiency and Organization:Monitors, updates, and improves the various monitoring files. Ensures that all documents are easily traceable when needed.
• SAPProcessing:Ensures accurate and timely processing of transactions via SAP as needed
