What will you do?

1.Retail Operations Management:

• Implement andmaintainefficient and effective operations process to enhance productivity.
• Monitor and guide third-party service providers to ensureaccurateandtimelyreporting.
• Conduct on-site data validation to ensure the accuracy and integrity of gathered information, while performing regular trade checks tomonitorcompetitor activities, pricing, promotions, and in-store execution,identifyingopportunities for improvement and business growth.

2.KPI Execution:

Ensures excellent performance of KPIsidentifiedby the Retail Operations Lead that will spur business growth.

3.Growing Top Doors:

FocusKPI execution andfieldworksin top doors.

4.Capability Building:

impart knowledge to external service providers on daily routine, basic call procedures, and other efficient and effective daily operations practices.

5.Regular PDCA:

Conduct regular PDCA with sales teams and external service providers for immediateissuespotting and resolution.

6.Reports Management:

Ensure accuracy and timeliness of monthly and weekly reports; guide third party service providers in data gathering and conduct data validation on site.

Who are we looking for?

• Candidate has abachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
• With 1-2 years of experience in modern trade or key accounts management, preferably in FMCG
• Possesses data analysis and communication skills
• Comfortable with regular fieldwork
