Job summary

Future Glow Philippines (FG PH) is a beauty brand builder and omni-channel distributor in the Philippines. We are seeking a Regulatory Affairs Assistant to ensure FDA compliance, maintain permits, and advise on packaging and formulation to meet regulatory standards.

This hybrid role offers exposure to regulatory planning and supplier coordination while working from Quezon City with some work-from-home flexibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Regulatory Affairs or Health Sciences.
• Fresh graduates are welcome; 1–2 years of experience is a plus.
• Regulatory compliance and regulatory requirements expertise.
• Strong communication abilities and analytical skills.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of Philippine regulatory requirements is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Regulatory Affairs Officer to ensure FDA regulatory compliance with applicable regulations.
• Maintain organized files for permits and FDA requirements.
• Stay up to date with relevant FDA regulations.
• Oversee filing of all regulatory permits and registrations with the FDA.
• Aid the product planning team in informing suppliers of regulatory requirements in the Philippines.
• Provide consultation on FDA requirements related to packaging and formulation to ensure FDA compliance.

What will you do?

Overview

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Regulatory Affairs Assistant at Future Glow Philippines, located in Quezon City with some work-from-home flexibility. The Regulatory Affairs Assistant will be responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance, analyzing regulatory requirements, and communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

• FDA Regulatory Compliance: Assists the Regulatory Affairs Officer to check and ensure that the company complies with all relevant FDA regulations and requirements.
• FDA Regulatory Maintenance: Maintains organized files to ensure all permits and FDA requirements are up to date.
• Stays up to date with relevant FDA regulations.
• FDA Regulatory Filing: oversees filing of all regulatory permits and registrations with the FDA.
• Supplier relations: aids the product planning team in informing suppliers of regulatory requirements in the Philippines.
• Product Development: provides consultation on legal FDA requirements related to product packaging and formulation to ensure our products comply with FDA regulations.
