Job summary

Future Glow Philippines is seeking a Packaging and Innovations Creative Associate to develop packaging across beauty, personal care, health, wellness, and lifestyle brands. You will support the full packaging process from concept to final production, including mock-ups, dielines, and supplier coordination.

You will translate brand briefs into packaging directions, research trends, and collaborate with NPD, Brand, Marketing, and Commercial teams to ensure brand consistency and quality.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Fine Arts, Industrial Design, or related course.
• Fresh graduates with a strong portfolio are welcome; 1–2 years of experience is a plus.
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Comfortable working with dielines and print-ready artwork.
• Strong eye for typography, color, branding, and packaging details.
• Interested in beauty, wellness, health, and consumer product trends.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop packaging concepts, layouts, labels, boxes, pouches, bottles, and other formats.
• Translate brand briefs and moodboards into packaging directions.
• Create mock-ups and production-ready artwork and dielines.
• Research packaging trends, materials, formats, finishes, and competitors.
• Coordinate with suppliers for samples, specifications, and revisions.
• Review packaging samples for design, functionality, quality, and brand consistency.
• Maintain organized packaging files, artwork versions, and specifications.
• Work closely with NPD, Brand, Marketing, and Commercial teams.
