Responsibilities

• Oversees the company’s relationship with select key accounts and sustains long-term customers.
• Achieves targets including sell-in and sell-out, door distribution, and accounts receivable in the assigned key account.
• Ensures end-to-end sales from ordering to delivery as the liaison between key account customers and internal teams.
• Analyzes results, prepares progress reports, and provides forecasts using key account metrics.
• Keeps stores stocked with inventory and up-to-date in-store collaterals; guides third-party merchandisers.

What will you do?

• Oversees the company’s relationship with select key accounts. They will be responsible for obtaining and maintaining long-term customers.
• Responsible in achieving company targets including, but not limited to, sell-in and sell-out, door distribution, and accounts receivable collection in the assigned key account.
• Ensures completion of sales from ordering to delivery through serving as the communication link between key account customers and internal team.
• Analyzes key results, prepare regular reports of progress, and provide forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics.
• Ensures that stores have the right level of inventory, have the most up to date in-store collaterals, and provide guidance and supervision to third party merchandisers.
