Job summary

Future Glow Philippines is seeking a dynamic sales and e-commerce lead to drive FGPH brands across online retailers. You will set targets, manage key accounts, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to orchestrate online campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales delivery targets of FGPH brands on e-retailer platforms.
• Build relationships with online platform key accounts to align campaigns.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and online retailers on campaigns.
• Forecast and implement business strategies.
• Analyze sales metrics and growth drivers for monthly reports.
• Create sales and go-to-market strategies from insights.
• Develop and maintain accurate account sales forecasts and budgets.
• Coordinate with eCommerce enabler for campaign executions.

What will you do?

• Lead Sales Targets:Lead sales delivery targets ofFGPHbrands in our e-retailer platforms.
• E-Commerce Key Accounts Management:Build relationships with online platform key accounts to align campaigns and targets.
• Campaign building:Work and collaborate with cross-functional internal teams and online retailers to orchestrate online-led campaigns.
• Forecasting and Implement Business Strategies
• Analyze sales metrics and growth drivers and translate them into monthly reports.
• Create sales and go-to-market strategies based on sales, customer, and market insights.
• Develop andmaintainaccurateaccount sales forecasts, operating expensebudgetsandmonitoractual performance against targets.
• Coordinate with eCommerce enabler in the actualexecutionsof online campaigns.
