Job summary

Bank Of Taiwan in the Philippines seeks a banking operations professional to handle loan processing, fund transfers, and treasury activities. You will input client data, construct payments, and support AML screening while addressing customer queries.

• Processing inward and outward fund transfers, remittances, and fixed deposits.
• Processing Treasury transactions including money market, bonds, FX, and derivatives.
• Input of trade and customer and counterparties data in core banking system.
• Construction of SWIFT and MEPS+ payments.
• Account opening and performing AML screening.
• Handle customer queries.
• Other operational duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 1. Degree/Diploma level in related discipline(Banking/Finance/Accountancy).
• 2. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to write and speak English and Mandarin, in order to handle queries and concerns from English and Mandarin speaking counterparts.
• 3. A self-starter who is able to organize and take initiative to meet job objectives and datelines independently.
• 4.Meticulous with strong attention to details.
• 5.A positive minded team player.
• 6.1 to 2 years of experience in operations department in a bank and familiar with SWIFT and MEPS+ systems will be preferred.
