Job summary

Home Credit Philippines is seeking an Operations Analyst to manage data, generate reports, and deliver insights that will guide business decisions. You will build dashboards in Excel and BI tools, present analyses to stakeholders, and ensure data integrity across the Operations database.

The role involves evaluating productivity to optimize costs, supporting process improvements, and handling routine tasks at the entry level of the Professional Career Band.

Qualifications

About the job

The Operations Analyst is responsible for managing data, providing reports and analyses to the stakeholders to help in monitoring Operations metrics and guide the management for business decisions.

What You'll Do:

• Build and maintain dashboards, and other regular reports in Excel and BI tools (Power BI, OBIEE) for the management to monitor operational metrics
• Drive stakeholders' business decisions by presenting statistical analyses and insights
• Ensure data validity and manage Operations database
• Evaluate Operations productivity to optimize costs and improve performance
• Participate in the process management and improvement implementation in the company
• Performs routine assignments in the entry level of the Professional Career Band
• Typically requires a college or university degree or the equivalent work experience and has conceptual knowledge of fundamental theories, principles and practices
• Uses existing procedures to solve routine or standard problems
• Receives instruction, guidance and direction from more senior level roles
• Years of experience required: College graduate or equivalent of at least 1 year working experience in BPO or call center setup.
