Job summary

Alta Resources (Philippines) Corporation is seeking a Business Analyst to source data, build and maintain reports, and analyze operational performance. You will craft visualizations, publish daily, weekly, and monthly scores, and communicate trends and outliers to leadership.

You will collaborate with Senior Leadership, Operations Directors, and Program Managers to identify best practices through rigorous analysis, and you will help automate reporting where possible.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5 years of proven analytical acumen in a professional or academic environment.
• Proficient in Windows, Excel, SQL queries (SQL Server), Visual Basic, and MS Office.
• Strong problem solving and analytical abilities for structuring ambiguous problems.
• Ability to work with raw data from multiple sources and present findings clearly.

Responsibilities

• Design clear, concise data visualizations to maximize understanding.
• Forecast operational performance using predictive analysis.
• Validate and maintain large data sets.
