Position: Operations Data Analyst

Company Industry: IT / BPO / Business Services

Work Location: Pasay City (Hybrid Setup)

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday

Key Responsibilities

• Reconcile and analyze operational data for accuracy and completeness.
• Perform quality assurance checks and validation on client or internal data.
• Generate reports, dashboards, and insights to support operational and business decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
• Identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for process improvement.
• Handle sensitive and confidential business information with discretion.
• Assist in ad‑hoc data projects and reporting requests as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in operations, client service, or data analysis is preferred but not required.
• Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (VLOOKUP, INDEX & MATCH, Pivot Tables, VBA, Macros).
• Background in operational data reconciliation and quality assurance.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
