Position: Data Analyst

Location: Pasay City

Schedule: Full-time, Monday - Friday

Compensation: Php 65,000–75,000 gross

Work Arrangement: Hybrid

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and strong experience working with cloud-based data platforms
• Experience developing dashboards and data visualizations using BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, complex formulas, and data modeling) with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and presentation skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain data confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to reporting, analytics, KPIs, and performance measurement.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable SQL-based data models, queries, and structured datasets for recurring and ad-hoc analysis.
• Create and enhance dashboards and visualizations (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to effectively communicate insights to stakeholders.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity by reviewing data sources, validating reporting logic, and identifying inconsistencies or performance gaps.
• Support operational reporting and executive metrics by conducting trend analysis, root cause investigations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
