Job summary

Accenture is seeking an Order to Cash Ops Analyst in Quezon City with a Return to Office setup. The role emphasizes efficient, accurate OTC processing, including invoicing and cash application, to support timely collections.

The candidate will manage billing, payment posting, and dispute resolution while collaborating with internal teams to continuously improve service delivery. Night shift is possible depending on project needs.

Qualifications

At least 6 months of relevant OTC experience.
Experience in order management sub-process, AR and invoicing.
Knowledge of credit reviews and collections is a plus.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end Order to Cash processes, including order management, invoicing, and cash application.
Ensure timely and accurate billing and invoicing of customer orders.
Post customer payments accurately and promptly, including checks and electronic transfers.
Monitor and manage customer accounts to ensure timely collections.
Review, research, and resolve customer deductions and disputes.
Conduct new customer credit reviews and assess credit limits.
Handle order holds/releases and review payment term changes.
Provide regular updates on OTC status and customer portfolios.
Support month-end close activities and AR sub-ledger maintenance.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve order and payment issues.
