• Strong organisational and coordination skills, managing multiple tasks across time zones.
• High attention to detail, especially in documentation and data entry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and comfortable with digital workflow or operations tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills suitable for cross-cultural stakeholders.
• Experience supporting logistics, scheduling, service delivery, or technical field teams.
• Ability to follow structured processes and maintain accurate, compliant records.
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to escalate issues appropriately.
