Job summary

Acquire Intelligence is seeking an Operations Analyst, Professional Services in Pasig City to support project setup, documentation, and closure across PSA workflows.

You will partner with Sales, Legal, Finance, and Customer Success to collect artifacts, review SOWs, manage billing milestones, and ensure accurate PSA data and timely project closeout. This role demands strong coordination, attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple assignments in a fast-paced BPO environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in project administration and PSA systems.
• Ability to coordinate with Sales, Legal, Finance, and Customer Success.
• Strong attention to detail and timely follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Enablement activities to support project cycle in PSA (Salesforce).
• Coordinate project setup and gather required artifacts.
• Review SOWs, confirm fees, hours, and billing types in PSA.
• Create and track billing milestones for invoicing.
• Manage PCO artifacts and closure compliance.
• Coordinate off-boarding and cross-functional handoffs.
