OutForce Inc. is hiring a Financial Analyst for a night shift on-site role in Pasig. You will join a client finance team responsible for analysis, budgeting, and forecasting across multiple projects.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in finance with strong analytical, modeling, and presentation skills. You’ll work with ERP and BI tools, contribute to monthly closes, and partner with department heads to drive financial insights and strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• 5+ years of finance experience with startup and investment banking exposure.
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to distill complex financial data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze financial statements (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow).
• Identify trends, variances, and insights to support management decisions.
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting processes.
• Collaborate with department heads to create budgets and forecasts.
• Maintain financial models for various projects and investments.
• Analyze cost structures and profitability across products or services.
• Provide data-driven recommendations to improve reporting accuracy.
