Job summary

Deel is seeking an Analyst for Operational Risk Management to own end-to-end risk workstreams, build automation, and deliver enterprise-grade risk reporting. You’ll turn policies into usable tools, drive risk assessments, and collaborate across functions to embed risk in product and engineering change initiatives.

Strong AI, data skills, and cross-functional communication are essential. You will work with an evolving risk framework, leverage low-code tools like Zapier, and apply Python/SQL

Qualifications

Demonstrated expertise in operational risk management with end-to-end risk assessments and stakeholder engagement.
Hands-on use of AI tools (Claude, agent platforms, Cursor) for analysis or automation.
Experience building/workflows in low-code platforms like Zapier or Workbench; scripting with Python/SQL is a plus.

Responsibilities

Own day-to-day execution of ORM workstreams (Operational Resilience, Product Ops, Third-Party).
Turn frameworks into operating tools used by the business.
Drive risk assessments, control identification, and evidence collection end to end; lead cross-functional sessions.
