Job summary

Concentrix Philippines in Quezon City seeks a senior AI & automation lead to drive end-to-end development lifecycles of AI and automation solutions, from requirements intake through deployment and post-release optimization.

You will oversee the design and implementation of AI/ML solutions (predictive models, NLP, GenAI use cases), intelligent automation (RPA, workflow automation, decision engines), and AI enabled tools integrated into enterprise platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end development lifecycle of AI and automation solutions, from requirements intake through deployment and post-release optimization.
• Oversee the design and implementation of AI/ML solutions (predictive models, NLP, GenAI use cases); Intelligent automation (RPA, workflow automation, decision engines); and AI-enabled tools integrated into enterprise platforms (e.g., Teams, web apps, internal systems).
• Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, secure, and production-ready.
• Drive reuse of frameworks, components, and standards to accelerate delivery.
