Job summary

Citco Group Limited is seeking a proactive AI & Automation Specialist within their Risk and Control Group to design and implement automated testing and QC workflows across global functions. You will collaborate with IT and business teams to deploy AI solutions, build automated reports, and maintain documentation.

Ideal candidates have a strong background in programming, RPA tools, and data analytics, with excellent English communication and a commitment to continuous improvement in control

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Data Science, or related field.
Experience in financial services or audit is highly preferred.
Understanding of risk management, audits, and controls testing.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain AI/automation solutions to streamline controls testing.
Create automated workflows for evidence collection and reporting.
Build automated testing scripts and validate results for accuracy.
Collaborate with IT to ensure tool integration and policy alignment.
Document AI/automation solutions and provide user training.
Evaluate new tools for process improvements.
