Job summary

Manulife is seeking a Manager, Reporting, Advanced Analytics and Automation to lead IRM reporting, automation, and AI-enabled analytics. You will develop and operationalize AI agents, workflows, and dashboards, partnering with the GRIT and IRM teams to deliver timely insights for CROs and risk committees.

The role requires strong data engineering, SQL/Python, Power BI, and cloud skills, with a focus on governance, scalability, and impactful risk reporting in a hybrid Manila-based environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience designing and deploying AI Agents, Agentic Workflows, Chatbots, and Copilot solutions.
• Experience building AI-powered solutions with Copilot Studio, Azure AI, OpenAI APIs, LangChain, Power Platform.
• Ability to integrate AI with enterprise data sources (SharePoint, SQL, APIs, Dataverse, ServiceNow, Salesforce).
• Strong understanding of Generative AI architecture, prompt engineering, and RAG.
• Experience measuring AI performance with adoption metrics and business impact.
• Industry knowledge in financial services, insurance, or risk management domains.
• Advanced Power BI and Power Platform skills for reporting and automation.
• Big data analytics, cloud data platforms (Azure, Databricks).
• Programming in Python, SQL, or R.
• Data modeling, ETL, and data governance knowledge.
• Strong communication and executive reporting capabilities.
• Self-starter with excellent organizational skills in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual IRM related reporting for CROs, executives, and Board risk committees.
• Automation of IRM reporting within the intelligence function.
• Lead automation of data collection and analysis across the enterprise.
• Monitor, optimize, and provide training on automated systems and processes.
• Support delivery of automated solutions, AI agents, and related analytics projects within IRM.
• Assist Risk and Technology Tooling on data ingestion, clean-up, mapping, and reporting dashboards.
• Identify opportunities for efficiencies within reporting frameworks.
• Assist in testing, cleaning, and preparing data for reporting readiness.
• Assist with generating reports and ensuring accuracy of metrics.
• Document processes, procedures, and project work.
• Develop AI-driven monitoring workflows that identify KPIs and risk trends.
