Job summary

Henkel is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to advance the Cyber Risk & Compliance Platform. You will own an AI-driven, enterprise-ready solution and collaborate with cross-functional teams across IT and OT environments in a hybrid PH setup.

You will design scalable architectures, implement AI-powered risk assessment tools, and ensure day-to-day reliability while communicating complex topics to senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years in enterprise software engineering or solution architecture.
• Hands-on AI coding tools experience with Claude Code or GitHub Copilot.
• Strong data modeling, APIs, and system integration knowledge.
• DevOps mindset with experience in enterprise applications.
• Experience in GRC, cybersecurity risk, or compliance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the Cyber Risk & Compliance platform to be stable, scalable, enterprise-ready.
• Design architecture including data models, APIs, integrations, and security concepts.
• Develop AI-enabled software using agentic AI and prompt engineering.
• Integrate with enterprise systems such as CMDB, IAM, and OT tools.
• Ensure reliable operation, monitoring, issue handling, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with a small engineering team and communicate with senior stakeholders.
