Job summary

Citco is expanding its Risk and Control Group to leverage AI and automation across quality controls and testing. The role focuses on designing and implementing automated solutions, from data collection to reporting, while ensuring alignment with Citco policies and governance.

You will work with cross‑functional teams and provide training to colleagues to raise risk awareness and process maturity. Ideal candidates will have a degree in IT/CS/Data Science, hands-on experience with AI tools and RPA

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS/Data Science or related field.
• Experience in financial services or audit environment preferred.
• Understanding of risk management, audit, and controls testing principles.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain AI/automation to streamline QA testing.
• Create automated reporting solutions for management and controls.
• Build and maintain automated testing scripts and workflows.
• Collaborate with IT to integrate AI/automation tools per Citco policies.
• Provide training and support on new automated solutions and concepts.
