Job summary

Transcom Pasig is seeking a Reporting Analyst to support contact centre operations with KPI reports and dashboards. The role ensures daily data availability, accuracy, and proactive measurement setup, aiding management decisions through precise analytics.

You will create and validate reports, monitor data integrity, and deliver actionable insights that improve operational performance. This position requires strong Excel/VBA skills and experience with BI tools.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of contact center experience.
• At least 2 years related experience in BPO reporting.
• Proficiency with Google Suite applications.
• Expert on using MS Excel, VBA Macro and charting principles.
• Knowledge in visualization tools such as Data Studio and Looker is good to have but not required.
• Performance tuning experience related to reporting queries.
• Excellent interpersonal (verbal and written) communication skills.
• Strong analytical, conceptual and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, and adjust quickly to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain and ensure accuracy of all external, internal and ad hoc reports (Daily/Weekly/Monthly).
• Perform initial analysis of variance and report findings.
• Verify data sources and formulas for plausibility and accuracy.
• Monitor data integrity in published reports.
• Provide analytics to improve operational performance.
• Support dashboards and reporting availability for internal/external users.
• Collaborate with business partners to develop BI needs and requirements.
• Input to business requirements for design/implementation of solutions.
• Identify opportunities for new technology that impact BI systems.
