Job summary

Aon Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join its Risk Management team. You will analyse data, develop AI-enabled risk solutions, and support decision-making across APAC regions from a Philippines-based role with hybrid collaboration.

You will work with Compliance, Legal, Internal Audit, and Solution Line leaders to drive better risk outcomes and governance. Strong Excel and BI skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience as a business analyst in the insurance sector.
• Strong skills in Excel and data tools such as QlikView and Power BI.
• Aptitude for applying AI tools to daily tasks, problem solving and automation.

Responsibilities

• Collate data and risk summaries to support reporting into the Global Risk Office.
• Apply AI to promote innovation in Risk Management.
• Assist in liability analysis and prepare business cases for Risk Committees.
• Maintain the new product register and develop core MI control reports.
• Analyze data related to Quality Assurance and Peer Review processes.
• Collaborate with CRO and APAC Risk team and other lines of defence to derive insights.
