Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd in the Philippines seeks an experienced programmer/developer to contribute to system development, operations, and data analytics initiatives. You will perform client trainings, gather requirements, and help turn over completed systems to operations teams.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in multiple programming languages. This role combines development with project support and customer-focused delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering, computer science, IT or data analytics.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a programmer/developer.
• Experience in system development, operations, project management and data analytics.

Responsibilities

• Performs training/walkthrough of clients on the proper use of developed systems.
• Provides inputs and ideas on assigned projects and project management.
• Performs data gathering and documentation (BRD, FSD, UAT) for projects.
• Regularly updates and reports status and escalates issues as needed.
• Ensures proper turnover of developed systems to operations/maintenance.
• Monitors server utilization and data sources for RAFM systems.
• Implements data purging, backup, archiving and tech refresh.
• Fine-tunes RAFM databases and ensures data quality.
• Monitors internal system user access and governance.
• Investigates alarms and ensures SLA compliance.
