Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, Engineering or related fields.
• Drives problem-solving with a sense of accountability and execution.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Proficient in Excel.
• Comfortable working with large datasets and fast-paced environments.
• Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and communication skills.
• 1-3 years of experience in operations strategy, logistics, e-commerce, analytics, or a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own workstream execution from planning through to launch.
• Diagnose and structure problems end-to-end: Independently scope the landscape, identify supply-demand gaps, and surface constraints before any plan is drawn.
• Build and maintain planning models: Develop ADO forecasts, city rollout plans, ramp-up models, commercial frameworks, and SOP templates.
• Drive PMO and cross-functional coordination: Run weekly status tracking, manage risks and blockers, and ensure alignment across local and regional stakeholders through to go-live and performance review.
• Analyze performance and close the loop: Monitor KPIs vs. targets, conduct root cause analysis on gaps, and translate findings into actionable recommendations for operations and leadership.
• Prepare structured outputs for senior stakeholders: Produce clear, decision-ready reports, proposals, and leadership decks that communicate progress, risks, and recommendations concisely.
• Support and guide analysts: Review work, help structure problems, and act as a point of reference for junior team members.
