Job summary

Allegis Global Solutions (Philippines) Corporation is seeking an Operational Excellence Specialist to drive baseline elevation projects and service evolution initiatives. You will collaborate with Shared Service and Client Delivery teams to raise performance and deliver measurable improvements across client programmes.

The role emphasizes cross-functional partnership, process optimization, and ongoing excellence through data-driven decisions and best practices adoption.

Qualifications

• Experience executing process improvements or implementing efficiencies is advantageous.
• Interest in operational excellence methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, etc.).
• Excellent communication, presentation and facilitation skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work independently and with teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English; other European languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Project manage and implement initiatives to improve baseline programme performance.
• Act as point of contact for Client Delivery and Shared Service partners.
• Establish and drive best practices for baseline elevation initiatives.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and implement plans.
• Provide status updates to Client Delivery Leadership and project teams.
• Provide administrative support to the Operational Excellence Executive as required.
