Job summary

MicroSourcing seeks a Senior Manager - Operations Excellence in Manila, onsite, dayshift. Lead the ops performance framework, drive Lean Six Sigma initiatives, and design the OpEx governance model to improve quality, productivity, and cost efficiency.

You will partner with onshore leaders to translate needs into data‑driven insights and build a strong continuous improvement culture within the Manila team.

Qualifications

• At least 7 years of experience in operations, with a minimum of 3 years in Operational Excellence or Continuous Improvement leadership.
• Proven track record in a BPO or Shared Services environment, driving process improvements and performance.
• Advanced analytical skills with Power BI, Tableau, or advanced Excel to translate data into insights.
• Practical experience applying Lean or Six Sigma methodologies to deliver quantified business benefits.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Own the operational performance reporting framework, providing real‑time visibility on productivity, quality, SLA adherence, and cost‑to‑serve.
• Lead end‑to‑end process improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to drive measurable efficiency and scalability.
• Design and embed the operational excellence framework, including performance management standards, quality assurance, and SOP governance.
• Partner with onshore business unit leaders to translate requirements into data‑driven insights and actionable improvement recommendations.
• Build continuous improvement capability across the Manila team through coaching, mentoring, and structured training programs.

What You Need

Preferred Skills/Expertise

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
• Experience supporting Australian or New Zealand‑based business operations.
• Prior experience as a Team Manager or Operations Manager before specializing in Operational Excellence.
• Experience building or maturing an OpEx function from the ground up.
• Proficiency in SQL and process mapping tools like Visio, Lucidchart, or BPMN.
