Job summary

Dexterton Corporation in the Philippines is seeking a Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatching, while maintaining stock integrity and accurate inventory levels. You will lead staff, coordinate with purchasing, sales, logistics and finance, drive process improvements, and ensure safety, compliance, and timely deliveries.

Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems is essential.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
  • At least 5–7 years of experience in warehouse operations, with 2–3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and warehouse processes.
  • Experience in ERP systems and inventory software is an advantage.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail, distribution, or construction materials environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatching of goods.
  • Ensure accurate inventory control and maintain system and physical stock integrity.
  • Supervise warehouse staff, assign tasks, and monitor performance and productivity.
  • Implement proper warehouse processes, safety standards, and operational procedures.
  • Coordinate with Purchasing, Sales, Logistics, and Finance teams regarding stock availability and movement.
  • Monitor inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely delivery and order fulfillment.
  • Conduct regular stock audits, cycle counts, and variance analysis.
  • Ensure proper handling, storage, and organization of materials to minimize damage and loss.
  • Optimize warehouse layout and space utilization for operational efficiency.
  • Prepare warehouse reports including inventory status, delivery performance, and operational KPIs.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards.
  • Lead process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and cost-effectiveness.
