The specialist empowers clients with expert advice, creates project plans, and coordinates with ADP teams to ensure timely OE completion. Strong communication and HRIS experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, benefits, or related field.
• 3+ years in client-facing project management in HR/benefits.
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now or similar HRIS.
• Strong consultative and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Open Enrollment Project Manager, overseeing OE projects within defined timelines.
• Provide expert guidance on WFN Benefits setup and maintenance.
• Own the OE relationship with each client and guide changes without direct configuration.
• Create, maintain, and manage project plans; track milestones and dependencies.
• Coordinate with ADP Connections Service Team and Payroll Team as needed.
