Job summary

You will analyze client needs, guide implementation of ADP technologies, and ensure successful adoption while maintaining high client satisfaction through clear communication and reliable support.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in a client service environment or systems integration environment.
• Basic project management skills.
• Background in Benefits and Talent/Requisitions is a plus.
• You can work overtime hours during peak seasons.
• High School Diploma is required.

Responsibilities

• Onboard clients and carry the ADP relationship forward after a sale.
• Analyze clients' business needs, interface requirements, and processes to guide ADP solutions.
• Ensure clients are comfortable using ADP products and services; drive adoption and satisfaction.
• Build rapport with clients and communicate clearly via phone and written channels.
• Work in a metrics-driven environment and contribute to client satisfaction scores.
