ADP is seeking a seasoned professional to carry the client relationship forward after a sale and facilitate the initial interaction with mid-sized business clients. You will build strong relationships and seamlessly implement ADP payroll and HR solutions to drive long-term client success.

As aSenior Client Project Manager, you will influence outcomes from paychecks to health benefits, coordinating with stakeholders and guiding complex implementations across products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in education & experience.
• 5 years of client project management experience.
• Detailed product knowledge across offerings and HR/payroll.
• Understanding relationships between features and products in implementations.
• Aptitude in automated workflow systems is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the ADP relationship after sale and enable first client interaction.
• Build relationships and implement ADP payroll/HR solutions.
• Ensure long-term client success through seamless deployment.
• Communicate with stakeholders across levels about payroll/HR products.
