Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional experience with increasing responsibility and accountability
• 3-5+ years leading continuous improvement or transformation initiatives
• Lean, Six Sigma, or similar CI training preferred
• Project or change management training (PMP, Prosci, or equivalent) preferred
• Strong cross-functional collaboration in matrixed environments

Responsibilities

• Owns execution of assigned OpCo initiatives and oversight of related projects
• Establishes execution cadence, governance, and momentum
• Proactively identifies risks, dependencies, and misalignment
• Escalates issues early with clear impact and recommended paths
• Coordinates execution across DBS, IT, and OpCo stakeholders
• Maintains linkage between execution activity and business value
