Job summary

Identiti International Inc. seeks a Director of International Operations to lead the offshore hub in Cebu, bridging US strategy with local execution.

You will own performance, profitability, and culture, guiding managers and cross-functional teams, driving process improvements, budgeting, and scalable service delivery in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment. This full-time onsite role requires strong leadership, budgeting, and stakeholder engagement with executives, clients, and vendors

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent professional experience).
• Certifications in operations, management, or project leadership (PMP, Six Sigma, or equivalent) preferred.
• 5+ years of leadership in operations or general management.
• 2–3 years in senior supervisory roles overseeing managers/cross-functional teams.
• Experience managing day-to-day operations including people, processes, and financials.
• Proven ability to lead managers and staff with accountability and development.
• Experience managing budgets, forecasting expenses, and profitability.
• Strong resource-planning and workload-balancing skills.
• Track record building high-performing teams through coaching and succession planning.
• Experience with performance reviews and talent assessments.
• Excellent communication and presentation with executives, clients, vendors.
• Customer- and service-oriented mindset with long-term relationships.
• Ability to lead inclusion, transparency, and operational excellence.
• Comfort in fast-paced, high-accountability environments.
• Demonstrated success in process improvements and scaling operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide full operational ownership of the office or business unit, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations.
• Lead, mentor, and manage managers and staff to achieve goals and KPIs.
• Serve as escalation point for operational, personnel, or client issues with timely resolution.
• Translate organizational strategy into executable local operating plans with exec alignment.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, workload distribution, and resource allocation for growth.
