Job summary

Dover Business Services is seeking a Manager for Travel & Expense and Payments Operations in Cebu City, Philippines. The role leads end-to-end T&E and payments, ensuring policy adherence, staffing planning, and KPI-driven performance across global OpCo teams.

Responsibilities include overseeing card and payment file processing, coordinating with ERP and automation tools, and enforcing internal controls per SOX standards. A strategic leader with 7+ years in relevant finance ops is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or preferred in Business/Finance.
• 7+ years in Travel & Expense, Payments, or Finance Operations.
• 5+ years of managerial experience leading 15+ professionals.
• SOX knowledge and internal controls.
• Experience with large ERP data, Oracle preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end T&E and Payments operations across OpCos.
• Manage staffing, capacity, and cycle close activities.
• Monitor KPIs and drive corrective actions.
• Coordinate with RPA, IT, system owners for automation.
• Develop and enforce SOPs and process standards.
• Serve as primary contact for OpCo controllers and stakeholders.
