Job summary

Telesys is hiring a Call Center Agent for a Travel Account in Malate, Manila. This onsite role focuses on handling customer inquiries, booking support, and travel-related assistance in a fast-paced BPO environment.

Ideal candidates have at least 6 months of customer service or BPO experience, strong English communication, and are willing to work shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of customer service or BPO experience.
• High School or Senior High School graduate (college level or graduate is an advantage).
• Open to career shifters with relevant experience.
• Good English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer service inquiries and travel-related concerns.
• Assist customers with bookings, reservations, and itinerary changes.
• Provide accurate information on travel schedules, policies, and services.
• Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally.
• Document all customer interactions in the system.
• Escalate complex concerns to the appropriate team when necessary.
• Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.
