Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Respond to travel inquiries via phone, chat, or email.
• Assist with flight, hotel, or tour reservations.
• Modify or cancel bookings as needed.
• Document interactions and booking details accurately.
• Escalate complex travel issues to supervisors.
• Maintain quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction metrics.
