Qualifications

• At least 7 years of training experience.
• At least 5 years contact center experience.
• No specific domain requirement.
• With training management experience (end-to-end training oversight).
• With stakeholder management experience.
• With good team management experience.
• Performance improvement experience (e.g., NPS or performance uplift).
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end planning, execution and management of onboarding training for associates, team leads and support functions.
• Manage training resources and delivery materials.
• Implement the Four Levels of Evaluation to measure training effectiveness.
• Roll out up-skilling and new products/services training as needed to meet business needs.
• Assess training needs via performance trends and curriculum design.
• Generate and distribute training reports to operation leads and clients; track training data.
• Support team reporting activities, including productivity and end-of-shift reports.
