Accenture in the Philippines is seeking a Capability Development Training Lead to manage end-to-end training planning and execution for Accenture Operations. This role focuses on onboarding delivery, continuous education, and policy alignment to support client projects on site.

Responsibilities include end-to-end onboarding planning, resource management, and applying evaluation frameworks to improve training effectiveness, with a focus on cross-functional education and stakeholder collaboration.

Qualifications

• At least 7 years of training experience.
• At least 5 years contact center experience.
• No specific domain requirement.
• Experience in end-to-end training for new LOBs and rollout.
• Stakeholder management experience.
• Team leadership experience.
• Experience driving performance improvement.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute onboarding training end-to-end for associates and teams.
• Manage all training resources across the project.
• Apply Four Levels of Evaluation to measure training effectiveness.
• Roll out upskilling and new products trainings to meet business needs.
• Analyze performance trends to identify training or coaching needs.
• Design, update and assess training curricula and materials.
• Generate and distribute training reports to operations and clients.
• Track training data and support reporting activities.
