Qualifications

• 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in QA.
• 3 years of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team supporting Quality, Training, and Policy Change Management functions.
• Set performance expectations, monitor output quality, and provide coaching.
• Drive accountability for timelines, deliverables, and service levels.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and team huddles.
• Prepare governance updates and track risks, dependencies, and action items.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and standardize workflows.
