Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Delivery Operations Associate Manager in the Philippines for a return-to-office setup. You will oversee non-clinical staff and Team Leads, provide leadership and mentoring, ensure regulatory compliance, allocate resources, and promote continuous improvement across projects.

This role requires 7–8 years in service delivery and at least 5 years of supervisory experience, with the ability to develop procedures, set objectives, and deliver results in a client-facing operations

Qualifications

• 7–8 years of relevant experience in Service Delivery.
• At least 5 years of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversees non-clinical staff and Team Leads.
• Provides leadership, oversight, guidance and mentoring to Team Leads in decision-making.
• Monitors compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements.
• Allocates resources to deliver results and manage career development, salary reviews and performance.
• Initiates continuous improvement programs across spheres of influence.
• Works with Operations Leads and is accountable for results to Accenture and client.
• Handles medium-term planning, objective setting, and new procedures/reporting.
• Contributes broad knowledge across a broad operational framework.
