Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Assistant Training Manager to lead training operations, knowledge management, and policy governance within a dynamic technology account. The ideal candidate is a strategic and results-driven training professional with strong communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
This role is responsible for driving onboarding programs, knowledge transfer initiatives, training governance, policy management, performance improvement strategies, and continuous learning programs to support operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in any field
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Trainer, Training Lead, Assistant Training Manager, or similar role
- Experience in Social Media accounts is preferred; candidates from other BPO lines of business are welcome to apply
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Excellent facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical, reporting, and organizational skills
- Ability to work onsite in Vertis North, Quezon City
- Willing to work midshift to shifting schedules
- Must not be a current or former employee of the client
- Stable employment history (non-job hopper)
Key Responsibilities
Training Governance & Knowledge Management
- Lead and govern Knowledge Acquisition (KA) and Knowledge Transfer (KT) initiatives.
- Ensure process documentation is accurate, updated, and effectively transferred to operations teams.
- Manage account-level knowledge management programs and performance metrics.
- Conduct training needs analysis (TNA) and identify learning gaps.
Onboarding & Training Delivery
- Design and oversee onboarding programs for new hires.
- Ensure employees complete the required learning paths and training certifications.
- Monitor training effectiveness during OJT and go-live phases.
- Develop and implement refresher and remedial training programs.
Policy & Compliance Management
- Maintain training records, policy documentation, and compliance requirements.
- Review and update policy and training materials based on business and client requirements.
- Ensure adherence to operational standards and regulatory requirements.
Coaching & Performance Improvement
- Provide coaching, feedback, and development plans for trainers and policy specialists.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance training effectiveness.
- Support calibration sessions, policy reviews, and process improvement activities
Reporting & Stakeholder Management
- Generate and analyze training reports, trends, and performance metrics.
- Conduct client reviews and present training deliverables and recommendations.
- Collaborate with operations, SMEs, and stakeholders to ensure training readiness and business success.
