Job summary

MicroSourcing in Parañaque City, Metro Manila, Philippines, is hiring a Training Administrator to coordinate onboarding, track training progress, and manage apprenticeship program logistics. The role is full‑time and onsite, with emphasis on data accuracy and stakeholder coordination.

You will support Safety and Training teams, handle ILT and CBT modules, and contribute to process improvements in a fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding training for new hires with field training managers and operations.
• Maintain data for actionable reporting dashboards supporting the technical learning platform.
• Manage registration, tracking, and competency completions for the Apprenticeship Program, supporting apprentices and managers.
• Streamline Instructor‑Led Training (ILT) and Computer‑Based Safety, Technical, and Renewable Training modules.
• Execute day‑to‑day administrative support for Safety and Training staff, including vendor management and purchase order processing.
