Job summary

You will assist customers with billing, accounts, and technical questions while delivering timely resolutions.

You will document interactions, adhere to policies, and strive for high customer satisfaction, with opportunities to work onsite in Davao and adapt to shifting schedules as required.

Qualifications

• B2 English communication proficiency required.
• Senior High School Graduate (New Curriculum) or High School Graduate.
• Customer Contact Experience (CCE) preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good problem-solving and customer service skills.
• Willing to work onsite in Davao.
• Able to work shifting schedules including weekends/holidays.
• Basic computer navigation and typing skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
• Respond to inquiries about telecom products, services, billing and accounts.
• Troubleshoot basic service or technical issues and escalate when needed.
• Document customer interactions and resolutions in the system.
• Meet or exceed quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.
• Promote products, services, or offers when appropriate.
• Ensure compliance with policies and data privacy standards.
• Deliver a positive customer experience through effective communication and problem-solving.
